Our Founder
Bell Lap Coffee is roasted to the personal specifications of founder and master roaster Geoff Schodde — an avid competitive cyclist, performance artist, and lifelong student of history, literature, and craft.
Geoff curates exceptional Arabica coffees with an emphasis on balance, clarity, and drinkability. Central American coffees form the foundation of the Bell Lap profile, while the Kona blend is sourced from a small grower on Hawaii’s Big Island.
Every roast reflects a belief that coffee should elevate both ritual and movement.
