Shipping policy

Bell Lap Coffee provides its terms and conditions primarily through its website and subscription management interface. Based on their current service policies: 

Subscription & Billing
  • Service Model: Bell Lap Coffee operates as a recurring artisan coffee club, offering both one-time purchases and flexible subscriptions.
  • Frequency: Subscribers can choose between monthly or bi-weekly shipments.
  • Commitment: There is no long-term commitment. Users can pause, cancel, redirect, or modify their subscription at any time via their account dashboard. 

Shipping & Roasting Policies
  • Roast-to-Order: Coffee is artisan-roasted fresh to order and typically shipped within 48 hours of roasting.
  • Order Cut-offs:
    • Orders received by Monday at 6:00 PM CST are roasted on Tuesday and shipped on Wednesday.
    • For specific clubs like the Monthly Espresso Club, orders placed before the 15th ship within that month; orders after the 15th are held until the first Wednesday of the following month.
